Eligibility
Physical products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Energised, custom, or made-to-order items are eligible only if they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
Consultations & reports
Consultation fees are non-refundable once a session has been delivered or a report has been generated. If an astrologer is unable to attend a confirmed booking, you may reschedule or receive a full refund to your Sukoon wallet or original payment method.
Non-refundable items
- Items returned after 7 days or used/altered after delivery.
- Completed consultations and delivered reports.
- Wallet recharge amounts (usable against any future order or booking).
Process & timelines
To start a return, email support@sukoon.com with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or your Sukoon wallet, if you prefer) within 5–7 business days.
